General Criteria
Loan Amounts
Starting at $50,000
Loan-to-Value (LTV)
Up to 70-75% of after-repair value (ARV) for fix-and-flip projects
Property Types Funded
Single-family, multi-family, rental properties, land, and new construction
Credit Score
No minimum credit score required (deal-focused lending)
Experience Level
We fund first-time investors as well as seasoned professionals
Geographic Areas
Focus on Tennessee but open to projects nationwide
